Dad has not driven for a while has just come back to Bolton after a dozen years in Belfast. Now wants a car [my car actually] what is the best way to insure a '98 C280 Sport for a pensioner[he's 66] who has 0years no claims. Won't do much mileage just pottering locally maybe the odd trip...
