No, not a sprightly chap well into his nineties who continues to roar up and down to the local Darby and Joan every day in a Hillman Avenger.
In this instance I mean a car; not necessarily a car that’s driven every day, just your most frequently driven car.
I suppose it’d have to be...
Hi all,
When I got the car there was an annoying rattle from the window when I would close it and also when it was partially down driving over bumps.
Initially I tried adjusting the nuts on the bottom on the door under the bungs as has been suggested on here before but to no avail.
So...
Jumped in motor today and discovered water under the driver's rubber mat, carpet soaked.
We had heavy rain last couple of days but this never happened before. Any ideas for why this could have happened? No windows or sunroof had been left open.

A Coca-Cola truck driver cuts off a motorcycle rider and in doing so at a very high speed crosses an intersection when the light is turning red. In the process it takes out a Mercedes SLK 55 roadster with an elder man driving the car.

I'm after a wing mirror motor for the driver's side of a w203. Technically all I want is the plastic plate that the wing mirror attaches to as this part is broken on mine although the motor works fine. Anyone have a spare or a motor that doesn't work anymore?

Hi guys.
I'm just wondering how many of you use your 55k's either the CLS or E's as a daily driver? And if you have been doing so whether you have had any issues arise from this. I appreciate these cars are pretty bullet proof and one of the main expenses would be the fuel consumption. But...
Picking my son up from primary school yesterday we saw a small hatchback wrapped round a tree. Ambulance plus two fire engines, lots of activity. The bizarre thing was that it was in a tiny car park ... couldn't figure out how it possibly got up enough speed to do such damage.
Anyway ...

My youngest (a mad petrolhead) has been saying how he wants a Subaru WRX STi when he's got a full licence (he's a couple of years away yet).
I've explained that the limiting factor will be insuring one, so as a bit of fun, and to get him to understand/realise this for the future, we hit a...
Hi all!
I have just noticed a strange sound coming from the front of the car. It is only noticeable at low speeds and seems to be there when going over speed bumps, low speed braking and the like.
Any ideas on what it could be? It's an 09 plate E320 Sport
Thanks in advance
Rehan
