I recently bought a W204 fitted with an NTG4 command. I managed to enter the engineering menu by depressing the phone hang-up, 1 & # keys simultaneously. Changed the region setting from Japan to ECE and managed to get the radio tuner frequency range working.
Exited the menu, tested the tuner...

I am trying to enter the engineering menu on my command aps
in my 04 Reg CL500
When i select Mute-Serv-Phone/end the TMC icon comes up the unit beeps and nothing happens.
Any one have any ideas ?
I'm trying to enable the engineering menu in the Comand for a 2006 CLS. The normal key combination of Mute-Serv-Phone Down doesn't work on this model. Anyone know of a revised key combination that works?
