My drivers side front brake splash shield or back plate has thrown the lower mounting and is noisy over bumps etc. Are these fixable by tack welding it back in place or is a new shield easy to get and fit!

Don't suppose anyone has the part number for the missing splashshield as shown in the pic, seems I managed to tear it off along with kerbing my wheel at the BWGTG last night.
Car is an 53 CLK 320 (A209).
