hi a couple of months ago i lost my tow hook cover of my 96 r129, i have bought a replacement from MB and it will arrive this Tuesday (£45 BTW) i went to wayside in MK and asked them how much they would charge to have this sprayed in the correct color (MB deliver them unpainted) and they quoted...

really silly question but some little darling has sprayed snow all down one side of my 190 will it come off with a normal wash n polish ect

I've decided to redo my panels on my bike myself - and they are coming out alot better than I expected! AND I'm using spray cans! So, I've decided to "splash out" and buy a spray gun for the compressor, do you have any recomendations? I was thinking gravity fed would waste less paint...

1 can of spray paint: colour: Mercedes Azurite Blue Metallic. I got 3 cans made for spraying my old CLK - this is the can I had left over. Match was perfect. I dont think I ever used this can as it looks pretty much untouched. It is certainly a full tin of paint. £8 posted...

Oh I'm completely p155ed off. Some bugger scratched my car a couple of weeks ago. Back door panel - a 2 inch long scratch which has taken the laquer off. Called Chipsaway who quoted me £175 + vat. They've now told me they can't do it because it's silver and it will require a full panel re-spray...

hi if i need to respray sideskirts in a different colour they are now, do i need to put new primer on them or can i simply rub it with wet/dry and spray directly onto the existing paint? its laquered.???

At www.safeplate.co.uk they are selling a spray from the US that claims to make plates unreadable if flashed. Has anyone tried this stuff? Does it work?
