Avantgarde have had that on their site for well over a year, previously advertised at the £39k mark. IIRC it may be the property of the owner of Avantgarde.
Certainly rare but I suspect the only spotting going on was the usual dealer feeding of their stock for review in the hope of gaining sales exposure!
