190 cold start

Can anyone help me? I ain't got any feed to cold start valve and can i fit a manual switch inside to compensate?Previous owner has HASHED it about by changing block and keeping original manifold. Emgine i'm told is an 89 model and inlet manifold original 87. sssssssssssome spare plugs hanging about and no idle control. Anyone in or around Peterborough could take a look and give me advice, would appreciate very much.

You could visit an official Bosch service center, maybe they can sort this one out.
