190 Cosworth

i'm sure i've heard that the 2.3 and 2.5 aren't proper cosworths, i may be wrong though.

Why do people continue to call the 2.5 a Cosworth, when my understanding was it's only the 2.3 that is the proper Cosworth.

Afaik both are Cosworths - they are similar by at least 95% ? -so i can't see any issue for confusion
