Agree. Am sure it will look beautiful when completed.

Reminds me of the two old duffers in the Gumball rally which was on the tv last week. A classic car film, which I recall watching about 7 times when we had it as a reel to reel.
 
I can never remember their names but they were always Waldorf and Statler to me.
 
LOL. Loved the gumball as a kid and also saw it the other day. The Japanese guys always made laugh.

More importantly that Merc's going to look great - amazing the way they've shot up in value.

It was only yesterday that I was looking at the usual Chelsea Cars pile of junk in Wandsworth - reported to be in great condition but rusty and with a major death rattle from the sump. It was however only about 16k - a lot cheaper than now. Hindsight hey?

Look forward to seeing it when it's done....

Looks from the pics as if the screen A pillars and screen can be unbolted from the body. Is this correct?
