1995 Mercedes E36 Coupe

"83,000 miles. SILVER, Next MOT due 19/07/2015, Tax expires 31/01/2015, 1 FAMILY OWNED FROM NEW + FULL MERCEDES BENZ SERVICE HISTORY + LOW MILEAGE + ONE OF ONLY 24 E36 AMG COUPE IMPORTED IN UK + ABSOLUTE GEM + RARE SILVER ARROW + RUST FREE, Last serviced on 17/01/2014 at 49,000 miles, Full service history,"

So it's done 34k since January? Doesn't seem right to me. Looks a lovely car, but one 'family' owner could be uncle Tom Cobbley and all.

Even if it had of done 34k since January shouldnt this have been serviced every 9k miles or so ? I thought servicing was either "every year" or a set amount of miles which ever comes sooner.

I'm sure my s 124 e320 was every 9k maybe I'm confusing myself!

Presently spending time lookong at the classifieds...

Service mileage probably a typo - other inaccuracies include "0 seats" and "folding rear seats". Broken aerial, manual seats, ordinary A/C - the other features listed are just standard fare. I could do without the wider rear wheels. I doubt if it's got Isofix and what's the "parking aid"?

"Clean bodywork" and "good tyres" are hardly helpful.

Specialised cars attract knowledgeable punters and this ad is crap.

Just another typical dealer trying his luck.

Not a tremendous spec for a 36, wrong rear wheels (deeper dish) and wrong gear lever.

Despite the low the mileage of a genuine rare car in seemingly good condition, I would want it stock.

Their descriptions do seem to be a bit shonky. They have a Porsche 928 S4 for sale, apparently it's 4WD? That must be unique..

Cheers,
