Hi all,
Here's a good one.
I have noticed a mark on the passenger seat edge recently and identifed that I have a drip coming inside from the trim where the sun visor is affixed - image below, ringed in red (you can see the darker patch where there was a drip forming at the time the photo was taken).
I have pulled the trim by the sun visor there down and dried off what was present, but after a day or so it starts dripping again. Odd thing is, it's not water, its some greasy liquid - wipes off but stays slightly "slimey". Then it stops for a couple of days, then is back again.
Annoying for the passenger if it drips on them and when I am driving along I have an eye on it to make sure I wipe any drips away.
I have had a look outside and with the roof open and all seems tight and there's no leaks in the rain so I am totally bemused as to what is causing it. Is there a drain hole somewhere around there that could be blocked that is overflowing in some way?
Any pointers / suggestions greatly received.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
