I own a G500 from 2000, with some issues.
Currently, when I try to start the car the green and red lights in the mirror keep flashing, meaning the immobilizer won't disarm in order to get the car to start. I have already charged the car battery and changed the batteries of the key remote which still is not solving this issue.
A STAR diagnosis has been carried out showing error code B1102 "Fault in CAN communication with control unit Engine control module".
Can someone please assist how I can have the issue solved?
