2002 ML270 CDI Not idling smoothly

I have a above mentioned 2002 ML270 CDI that is very lumpy or Shaking when ticking over...

Any idea's what this might be...also i have just recently done an oil and filter change including fuel filter..also have cleaned the MAF & EGR

Injectors...?

If it came on suddenly after the service then it could be air leaking in at the filter but more likely is injectors.
Have an injector balance test performed and run some cleaner through it to see.

No not a sudden occurance... has been there for a while...
