I bought this car for my parents about 18 months ago from a dealer for £2,500. At the time it was a one owner car that had been traded in.
It was very honest, had for matching Continental tyres and around 80,000 miles on it.
My father has been battling cancer for 17 years and it's finally caught up with him, he was moved into a hospice this weekend and he's asked me to sell the car as Mum doesn't drive and he doesn't want her having to deal with it.
Current mileage circa 90,000 mile.

Runs nicely and has not let them down in 18 months until the gearbox started to delay shifts a fortnight ago.
It went into a SAAB specialist to get checked and a solenoid was replaced on the box, I asked them to do an oil and filter change at the same time as there was no evidence it had been done previously. Dad said the car drove like new on the way back from the garage and the specialist confirmed the solenoid was the problem and is a known issue on this model.
The bodywork is sound, some of the alloy components such as door hand surrounds and mirror surrounds are losing their satin black coating and looking a little "scabby" but this is cosmetic only. The bodywork itself is rust free.
Everything electrical works and it's been serviced to schedule in the time we've had it.
This would sell for roughly £2000 on a forecourt or £1600 - £1800 via eBay.
I'm looking for £1500 for a private sale to move it on quickly and not have to deal with the wonders of eBay selling.
Car is currently in Dereham Norfolk, I'm currently in Surrey - but travelling up their regualrly.
