2004 c200 cdi starting problem

hi all
seem to have developed an intermittent starting problem. turns over fine but will not start. sometimes starts after a few turns but not always.more often in cold weather it seems. always starts first time with easy start. checked heater plugs, relay, heat sensor. diagnostics show up no problem.

any thoughts, please.

It maybe an injector fault.

Get a leak off test done. It could be so many things. It needs investigating properly with a decent diagnosic machine.
