Quick question for you guys as i have just picked up my new car

What's the best way to sync my iPhone with the car stereo? To the best of my knowledge there is no cradle installed or Bluetooth but there are the usual buttons on the centre colsole for the telephone.

The buttons are always there..
You need telephone pre-wire and the iPhone cradle (best) or ViseeO module.

Great thanks...I thought that was the case! Do you think it would be cheaper to just replace the the complete radio/cd unit for one with built in Bluetooth?

Probably but it would need to be a non-MB unit and then things like the steering wheel buttons will not operate the phone..

Thanks guys. Think I may have to look at doing this later as it will cost a bit more than I was hoping.

Main priority now is to get the display to show miles instead of KM...

If you are looking at the digital Kph in the sub-display then you need what's termed "UK Mode deletion". This will enable you to select outside temp in place of the kph plus many other useful additions.

Did you check that dont have the connector for the exchangeable cradle system in the armrest?

There's nothing in my armrest apart from space! Thanks for you link..that's useful info.... I was hoping this would be a relatively cheap thing to do but it's not looking that way now lol!
