2008 W211 E320 CDi V6 7 speed auto

Just a heads up for you…

So a spirited drive this morning as had not used the old girl in a few weeks…
Mixed combo of local & motorway driving…
Just so as you know I always have the air-con on…
Hope that’s some help…

Yours is an E63 petrol ??

Its really too much engine for the job in hand, the 220 is the taxi du jour.
I was going to say the exact same thing 👍 In fact it was riding in a W211 E220CDI taxi in Paris about 15 years ago that made me buy my own W211 back then. Albeit a 320CDI... 😂

Unless you have a petrol car that is designed to run on 98 RON

Then it's going to make diddly squat of a difference.

Especially on a diesel.

Yes the premium fuel may have better additives and cleaning agents. Maybe. However i have yet to have a diesel with issues running on normal diesel.

🤷🏻‍♂️

Agreed…
As a
There will be more mpg in the driver than a tune up and air filters.
Agreed…
As someone who’s run diesels all his life…
Regular servicing & normal diesel hasn’t let me down yet apart from obvious wear & tear👍
