Now this, in comparison to some of the C43 pricing is well worth it !

what do you guys think?

(not that I planning on spending that much!)

I don't think you can go wrong if you get it at the starting bid!

It's a Cat D write off...

Ahhhhh that would explain it then ! didn't read the full ad as my laptop crashed ....:wallbash:

Thanks

Nothing wrong with a cat D problem is people do not make the cars cheap enough to take that into a account,it is amazing just how little damage is needed to get a car declared Cat D take the car mentioned it is £17,000 I would suspect the person who buys it will keep it for at least 6 years and sell it for £5000 with 150,000 + miles on it,so it could be a great deal, but I always like to see the car photo's when damaged.

Funny how he puts "no timewasters" at the bottom of his ad...having recently received negative feedback from someone who "won" the last auction he ran for that car!

An e350cdi cabriolet on a 65 plate with 71 (yes 71) miles on the clock with semi-minor damage popped up on a salvage site earlier for £27k. That's a bargain.

This C63 is more like £14k IMO.

So he gets a firm offer for £16,700 but as its £300 below his asking price he withdraws the car from sale. I fancy this Liverpudlian seller is the timewaster.
No wonder he got neg' feedback.

It's £17000 now, 'reduced', so presumably was more than that the first time. Maybe he's not a total timewaster.

You 're right. I assumed wrongly that the car was previously advertised at £17k.

Looks like reality has decided his new asking price.
