2011 C63 Tyres

Has anyone had any experience with Hankook Ventus S-1 evo2 K117?

They get great reviews especially in the wet, but seem to wear quickly, obviously this isn't a good thing for the C63

Not tried them but I have Goodyear Eagle F1 A2's at the moment on my C63, if you are looking for long life then these are great!
I want some MPSS on mine for Summer and a European road trip i'm doing in September but these F1's are not wearing out at all lol.
Maybe a few burnouts are required....

I think I will go for some Conti 5P's because I am sure that's what they came out of the factory with. But in answer to your question above, I had Hankooks on my E46 M3 and they were not too bad to be honest. But I kind of feel that with C63 power good tyres are essential.

It's the wet grip I am after having had a serious accident through Aqua planing on Michelin Pilot Super Sports
Maybe I'll try the Hankook or Continentals.

One of two people have complained about the handling of their C63 with MPSS fitted.

I can only praise them. My best friend has just come back from the ring in his e60 m5 and he recently changed from continentals to mpss. And he cannot rate them highly enough
