Hi Guys,

Ive got the volume on the phone turned up full but I can hardly hear any conversation over say 60mph! Is there a separate volume control I'm missing or some way of increasing the volume other than with the steering wheel controls during a call?

Cheers

Do you have comand ntg4.5 , if so in dealer menu there is a phone volume option , press phone hang up 7 & 9 together on the comand keypad to enter.

Why would you need any other way of increasing the volume? Using the steering wheel (or the head unit) buttons to increase volume during a call should be enough.

The settings alzieboy talks about are not intended to be used to increase the volume at high speed driving (high noise) but rather to compensate the audio level differences between different phones.

Thanks Alzieboy, looks like I do have the ntg4.5 as i can enter the dealer menu.
I can then see the volume setting which takes me to phone talking which then takes me to (1) internal or (2) external?
In both of these menus I have either Maximum Offset or Minimum Offset :dk:
Mine is currently set at "0" in both.
Have you any idea if i need to adjust the internal or external and which way with either mate?
Thanks

As I mentioned, I can hardly hear what is being said when travelling at anything over sixty mph. I can turn the sound down and then back up to its maximum level so i know the buttons are working but its just not lowed enough

I got your case but couldn't believe the volume tuning range would not have been sufficient. Hopefully the additional bit alzieboy suggested would help.

Ive adjusted it in the dealer menu and also found a side menu in the volume settings which is obtainable by side clicks. That menu was set at low so after adjusting the phone volume is what i would have expected it to be.
Thanks everyone
