2012 E220 Sat Nav problem

I last used my sat Nav about 6 weeks ago and it was fine, came to use it last Sunday when I pressed the Sat Nav button it's ejecting my music CD and sat Nav doesn't select.
Any ideas / advice do I need a new head unit ?

I have sorted it, the radio had reset and wiped the sat Nav from the hard drive.
I think my system is an Audio 50, friend of a friend had access to a set of main dealer discs and reloaded sat Nav back onto the hard drive this morning.
