2012 W212 INSTRUMENT CLOCK STOPPED WORKING

my analog clock in my instrument cluster ( Mercedes w212 year 2012 ) stopped working (stuck at 6:15) after adding the AMG menu , The clock in the command is still working but the analog one has stopped . The command is NTG 4.5 . so no ability to edit the clock from the instrument cluster itself . any help how to fix that ?
I have also removed the AMG menu hoping that would fix it but it hasnt thanks .
