2016 MB C350e not starting at all

Hi, I know I’m making another post about the same issue but my car cannot start at all. It throws up a red battery icon saying malfunction and towing not permitted messages.
I’m currently stuck in a parking lot with no information on what i should do. Can someone please help me asap?

A quick google suggests a faulty/dead 12v battery

Thing is, I already replaced the 12V battery. I went to a MB dealer before the issue, but on the way there I didnt have a single error pop up, even though they were popping up a few days ago. When I left the dealer, drove for a while the errors came back. Should I maybe try jump starting it?

Hello,
I have the same issue AGAIN. It keeps throwing me red battery icon malfunction and towing not permitted errors. I had the car fixed and the heater was broken causing the problems. Now, I washed my car and the errors came back. Did anyone have a similar issue???
