203 sat nav command unit

Hi I have 203 ,05 reg with sat nav . It has a button
on there which says video , I removed sat nav disc
put DVD in pressed video button but no film?
Does this mean button useless or is there something
I can do to make it play DVD ? Thanks Mark

No your unit Comand NTG2 cannot play DVD video.
