208 clk lower valances removal?

Does anyone know how to remove the lower valances/spoiler that are fitted to thefront and rear bumpers?

Any help would be appreciated.

i also just found another thread explaining that the bumpers need to be taken off, but i am trying to avoid that.

are there any other screws holding it in another than the ones one the side?
if not they surely it can be done without taking the bumper off?
