By using the orignal rear door, the side profile has a wavey line down it

It looks like a cut and shut to me:crazy:

Thats the Binz tester , they work with Mercedes , ours are Duffy cars . I have pics on the phone but its a stupid phone , il send them to my wifes phone and try to post them .Ours looks class , the lines flow right

Ours looks class , the lines flow right

How is that achieved, does it need both front and rear doors modified? The raising side line I guess isn't good when building a limo.

On the 210 and 211 we changed the rear door skins to keep the lines loking right , on the 212 we might have to change all the door skins .

It would sound better if you said you were 'dying to work' on the new hearse :D

I think that type of vehicle looks awful (stretched limo)

Whenever I see one I just think 'drunken students'

They are certainly not a luxury vehicle reserved only for Heads of State, to me they are just a stretched taxi designed to take revellers out for a nights celebration :(

I've seen a few of the Duffy cars. They have it so right in proportion and flow. So when its my time - It Duffy Time.

That is one of the ugliest cars I have seen in a while .

The current S Class also meets with my disapproval , along with offerings from BMW , what with boot lids that look as if they were tacked on as an afterthought etc ........

Bring back Paul Bracq and Bruno Sacco - at least they could design cars with a look of CLASS about them .

Come to think of it , anything class for a modern Mercedes is something of a misnomer .

I suspect it is just a test mule. There would be no point in releasing it like that. After the testing then they will do the body work.

Clearly a test mule , but you still can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear !
