I have a 91 300td , is it possible to run this vehicle on waste cooking oil.

If so, what would I have to do to the fuel system

What do I need to do to the WVO before I can use it as a fuel

Yes, I believe so - dependant on the type and quality of the waste cooking oil

I think your car has one of the better engines to allow this i.e., not CDI - having said this - after searching and reading some posts, you may have to change some feul seals, clear plastic feul lines etc - nitron? seals come to mind

There quite a few members running on WVO - sure they will be able to help
