Mercedes-Benz produces 500,000th E-Class
Mercedes-Benz has announced the 500,000th E-Class sedan has rolled down the line at their Sindelfingen plant.
The production milestone was achieved in almost three years.
Destined for a customer in the US, the 500,000th vehicle is a fairly loaded E 350 4MATIC in Arctic White.
With the first E-Class model sold over 60 years ago, and over 10 million units later, the mid-size vehicle is the most successful business sedan of all time.
Sindelfingen is Daimler AG's largest manufacturing plant
