7G Tronic Gearbox problem

Hi,

I'm from Lisbon, Portugal
I own a 2006 E-270 Tdi with a 7G Tronic gearbox.
Recently had mechanical problems and took the car to the dealer. It was diagnosed malfunctions in the "Gearbox's Electric Panel" and "Sparkplug's Control Board")
The car has only 98K Km. It's parked in a garage.
I find this totally unacceptable for a brand with a reliability prestige such as Mercedes, that's why I bought the car in the first place.
The dealer informed me that it wouldn't take any responsibility in the matter,
Again, I find this intolerable.
Am I being unreasonable?
Can anyone tell me which is the best Merc HQ e-mail address so that I can write to them directly?
