That Bornite is a lovely colour. I like both of these cars, when I eventually get my SEC completed one of these will be the next project, I'll have a spare 560 Engine and transmission and I've always fancied a 560TE with AMG bodykit.

My SL is Bornite....I love the colour and it looks good on W124's....Can't understand how Mercedes managed to clasify it as Brown, but my V5 Reg document also lists it as brown on the SL.

On tha bornite example, are those them cheap stick-on chrome rings on the heater controls, to go along with the DIY tints on the rear lights?... Also has an avantgarde grill does it not?

Lovely looking car though, interior/exterior colour combo is nice.

Seems odd specifying the full sportline package but not aircon.
Sportline estates are very, very rare.

Yeap thats the stick on chrome bits and yes that is the avantgarde grill.

Bornite estate was in the Autotrader for some weeks at £2395.00 so I imagine a deal could be done for 2k..........or less
