A C63 a runway and a Gopro

Just a bit of a teaser. I am lucky enough where I work to have access to a 1 mile runway. Once flying has finished today I will go out and have a play.

That's the easy bit I guess. The hard bit will be uploading it to UTube this evening as I've never done this before.

I tried it yesterday evening but without the Gopro. Two runs up the runway and back with an average speed of 134 mph and hitting the limiter on both runs returned an mpg of 6.2 which I found quite respectable

If you can get down to Oxfordshire some time then I'm more than willing to invite you along. What I'd really like to do is have an airfield club meet one Saturday or Sunday. I did one last year with the Focus RS owners club but it took a hell of a lot to convince the boss.
Mind you as he drives an S63 AMG he might be a bit more sympathetic if I was to sow the seed for another meet.

Understandable, I would love to come but being in another Country(Scotland) it's a fair treck.
