A or B service?

Hi!...Im going to get my W202 c280 R reg, 90k serviced at end of this month. What would the recommended service be? A or B? Car was last serviced at 83k with an A service, and before that a B service with 73 k.
Does anyone know what the main difference in service is? Is it worth the extra ££££ for the B, given the year of the car?
