ABC Light....but read on...

OK its kinda good news I think...
Gearbox Sensor/Multiplug leak...£75 to fix or full gearbox service including fix £150+Vat, So will get full gearbox service done...:thumb:
Rear trailing arm bush split on NSR...will get both and fit myself....:thumb:
NSF Castor Bush slight play...may leave a bit then get both done.
ABC Issue...looking like the front Block...all suspension struts tested ok:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
So much fun to watch and I video's the car dancing around on the test...
They cleaned all areas and reset all codes (only and all on ABC) and it drove like a diffant car...until the light came on again!!!

So, the Garage MB Tech Warrington who may I say were great (even included me on the Bacan barms breakfast) will look into the recon of the units and usual cost of replacment of them. May very well just get them both either recon's by them or do it myself depending of cost.

But not as bad as I thought...even they commented on how well it did as they gave it a good going over and other than the rear discs looking to need changing soon and the above thats it. Every light, bulb etc...all working!!
I was that impressed with them like I say if the price is right I may just get them to do it...if not I'll tackle some myself..

So looks like I did OK after all....

Right now to look for rear trailing arms....:p

OK finally got around to doing the rear valve block...fiddly for sure but took about 4 hrs inc having to nip out for another selection of o-rings.
Hardly lost any fluid as it had been sat in the garage for over a week...just jacked up the rear so wheels off ground...put axle stands under and stripped it all off...
Worth noting this as although plently of usful links none cover this in detail...
The plastic clips need to come up from the sides of the valves...pinch gently on each side and lift up...
I was pinching then rotating and expecting it to come out!!
Also I did each valve seperatly so as not to get to confused with what goes were, just clean as you go...

Its all back together...went for a spin with the cover still off so I could check for leaks on return and had none so put the cover back.
As the rear is the easiest to do thought I do it first even though the sag point to it being the front...so next weekend I can tackle the front...also I managed the rears without having to move the car...the front will mean having the garage door open and the boot hanging out. Not ideal in this weather, and if like today I have to nip out...means the wife needs to be in too...

Anyway...should mean the front one will be easier to do now I've done the rear...

Famous last words...

One of the feeds is, well, corroded in...aluminium...so soaked the thing in oil....all the other 3 are loose...hope it fee's up tomoz as wanna get it done then tackle the other smaller jobs.

Good Luck.

No such luck on removing the feed...so left it in...very very fiddly to do in garage on axel stands but managed it. Just enough room to manipulate it about with the stuck in feed...lets hope no more sag...went forra spin and seems to drive better...guess time will tell..

Will only know in about 3 days of no use...but been out in it again today and the ride quality is very noticably better...before you'd go over a bump and the car seem'd to skip to one side or hop, now firm but as I think it should be...
So fingers x'd
