Touch your paintwork with the expanding sponges or squeegee and you are asking for scratches and swirl marks! Equally, chamois (real or fake) is also reputed to hold grit and thus cause scratching (see detailingworld.co.uk). The microfibre mitt is good for the dirty parts and wheels, but a merino mitt is better for the main part of the paintwork. My reaction to this kit - thanks but no thanks!!
