Activate TV in NTG4

First of all, introduce myself.

I am writing from Spain, and I like to walk around several forums Mercedes enthusiasts.

I'd like to know how I can activate the TV TUNER hidden menu option in my W204 with Comand NTG4.

As I have understood, the TV TUNER factory option was not possible in Spain, only a few countries like Japan.

If anyone knows how and is so kind, I will be very grateful.

What year is your car. From MY2013 it is an option - but needs new windscreen(s) and TV tuner, aerials and wiring.
