Hi, what adhesive should I use to fix carpet type fabric to my van ceiling. I had used double sided carpet tape plus carpet glue and the lining went up a treat no look fantastic. However today in the heat I have noticed in places it's starting to drop. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank You

Spray glue

Spray the ceiling , spray the carpet , let both go tacky , then fix in place

You need to coat both for ceilings , or it falls off in the heat. Just had the ceiling in my boat done and this is how they did it.

+1

if you do it right it will never ever come off
just make sure you line everything up before joining the 2 surfaces
evo stik really stiks you'll see

Also make sure you've got plenty fresh air blowing through, the fumes really do mess things up!

ask at a motor factors for "trim fix".

slight tangent but whats the best glue for bonnet insulation?

Unless its High temperature contact adhesive it will come down in the sun.
HT is the key, spray adhesive, nothing other will work.

Is HT the brand? So will EvoStik not do the job? Have taken roof lining off now until I find suitable adhesive. Can't find a V Class roof lining as an alternative anywhere

Evostik will be a waste of time and money, it will be down as soon as the sun comes out.

HT,, high temperature

Its in a spray can and made for the job.
Ebay have V class roof linings.
