Advice needed or how where to look for a 123 Diesel

Hi

I got an email from my brother who is in the market for a 123 diesel.

Below is his email:

I might be interested in buying a Mercedes w123 diesel, preferably the 240 d which was supposed to be very good. It must be 1979 or older to avail of the free road tax in the south. Where would I look for a good rust free one? What web sites should I watch. Is there any importers from South Africa or Japan on any sites? How much would it cost me?

Can anyone provide any advice?

I suspect that he'll have to be quick though, as those will very soon be snapped up and on their way to Africa if they are not already there.
