Air conditioning kit

Does anyone have experience on one of these?

My 107 needs a regas and I was thinking of using this to convert fron R12 to R134 using this kit.

Any comments?

I had mine converted and gassed a couple of years ago. I can't remember the cost but it was less than this kit, including the labour.
