Air filters for E320 Cdi

Thought I might put a less restrictive filter in but the only ones I can find are those which require oiling. This is something I am not sure about as there is a view about that contamination of air flow sensors etc can result.

Are there any "dry" free flow filters available?

I have never oiled my Green Cotton filter, it comes with a certain amount of oil embedded in it. The instructions say it needs to be cleaned at some point but for £10 for the cleaners with new oil and only £40 for a new filter I'm thinking new filter

do not use more air leads to more dirt and maff goes duff quicker
