AIRCON C 180 W202 year 1995

The aircondition blowing cold air from middle airvents, and hot air from the left ahd right ones.It is the climate control system. Someone said perhaps the magnetic barrels not open ahd close properly or sticking?If is on hot air <now the winter>working ok , the problem is at summer time .Maybe need regasing???Any ideas??

This is normal. The middle vent gives cold air only, summer or winter, close it with the center wheel in winter.
