The wheel specialist birmingham. Quite good and a years warranty.

Rimfurbish in West Bromwich (that's the Rimstock 100+) factory. Good prices, good finish, but sometimes slow turnaround.

As Bobby says. Rimfurbish are excellent finish-wise, but I believe they aren't as quick as they used to be in getting the wheels back to people.
Worth the wait, though.
