I notice that no mention was made of the owner of the wheel. from his PoV, someone has just nicked an alloy wheels and then destroyed it...

and I can't help thinking that wheels cost a lot more than cats...

you've obviously never owned a siamese

or, you could apply the same logic next time a kid gets his(or her) head stuck in a fence - after all, fences are more expensive than kids

Whenever I read something like this, it always makes me smile as the public are always being reminded by the media how intelligent cats and dogs are.

Surely the RSPCA should have taken the cat to a vet rather than the fire brigade?

A vet could have sedated the cat, pulled its head out of the wheel, bandaged it up and reunited the cat and the wheel with their respective owners.

I do wonder about the RSPCA sometimes...
