Alpine N099P install (with photos)

Hi here is the install with photos!!
Wow for such a little unit, it was a bit of work putting in al the wiring :s

1.
Remove Head Unit and Glove Box and Door Sil.

Remove Glove Box surround and passenger floor mat + carpet.
And plastic under the Glove Box.

3.
check all current wiring that was already in place :s (lots of it).

4.
Remove Rear Seats (both parts)

5.
Remove passenger side rear panel.

6.
Remove Bose Sub woofer.

7.
Start to locate Alpine Sat Nav wiring around the tunnels
from front to back.

8.
Feed wiring through rear metal panels into to boot area ready for connection.

9.
(DISCONNECT POWER).
Attach in new Nav wiring to the Head Unit and Ai-Net
Located GPS Arial in dashboard.

10.
Quick check over all wires to make sure they are correct.
Plug Head Unit and Sat Nav in. Attach power back.

11.
Power on Unit.
Test all settings and car operations are working correctly!

All OK!

13.
Power off again, and locate in all new wiring,
all the way round to the boot :D

DONE!

Now fit everything back together
(Reverse order).

Did you remove all the bose system & replace it?

no ive so far kept the bose amp and speakers that was factory fitted.
Have ummed and arr'd about adding to them but the sound seems
just fine the way it is.

Looks really good dude , i suppose thats the advantage of the cab to put the roof down when working on it :)

thank you, it did make it easier in one way as i could stand up and move about the car during the install, but on the other hand i dont think you would have had to take so much apart mainly the rear, in a hard top clk.
But it was a good project to do and im really pleased with the results :D
