Am I in limp mode?

My 2008 E320CDi seems to have lost power. It accelerates very slowly. It's gone about 500 miles past it's service due. Also a message flashed up today saying check oil when next refuelling. Not seen this before in the 5 years I've owned it. No other warnings have displayed.
Any suggestions?

Have you checked the oil level?

Has the CEL come on?

Get the codes read using STAR...

I've changed the O2 sensor and car is still in limp mode with engine light on. I've done a new scan and now it's showing this:-

I've ordered a new turbo solenoid so fingers crossed this sorts it.
