Ambient Lighting has stopped working on passenger side of E350 Cabriolet 2020

ambient lighting has just stopped working on the front and passenger door, tried all the settings just wondering have i turned something off (had the car 4 days)

I don’t recall the option to set each side of the interior ambient lighting separately, so I suspect yours needs a trip to the dealers…

Unfortunately trip to the dealers indeed, as far as I'm aware one can't switch off individual door lighting, bit of a pain for a new ownership car, but hopefully get it sorted.

My 2019 E300 (W213) just got An Ambient problem this evening, All my doors ambient lights are off, but the ambient on the dashboard and the one around the console works, Only the door ones are off. Any help?
