Hi,

I dont have a Merc part code decoder, and I could not search an answer on the forum.

Will wheels A2094011602 front, A2094011702, rears fit a W202 c36?

cheers
Dave

if these are the clk\slk 18" amg`s, then no probs, as i use a set as my winter wheels

Alps, are the Amg style II's you have on your car 8" all round or can you get the 9" ones on the rear?

hi AkaSh,

8" on the front, and 9" on the rear, rears are fine, its the fronts that rub a little, rears are fine (hardly any rub with pirelli tyres tho, the conti`s i have on at the moment are pretty bad).

Once again take care over the wheel bolts, the 209 uses I belive 14mm and the 202 12mm

Television, what does the R230 SL use ?

I ask, because I have 2 * 8.5Jx18 AMG Styling IV multipiece wheels for A209 - and i'm hoping I can put them on my SL (front) - then I have to find some 9.5J ones for the rear !

I had just about given up, because I thought the 209 used 12MM and R230 used 14MM

Richard

it does not and they are 12mm

The 230 does use 14mm

OK, I also just realised I could have just tried a 230 bolt on the 209 , and if it didnt fit then it would be too big !

I now have 2 rather pretty 8.5Jx18 ET30 AMG Styling IV multipiece wheels! And beleive the only way to get Styling IV multipiece on a SL is with 19" tyres - which is a shame as my 18" tyres have loads of tread and I dont want the harsher ride. Back to the drawing board.

Its a hard one 18" or 19" the ride in my friends 2006 on 19" is ok, but as you say it must be harsher than the 18"

The new SL65 (2006) comes with 18" as standard still or 19" multi piece

I am using the SL600 wheels
