This car resides in Holland Park. I drive pass it regularly and looks stunning given that it's just park on the street. Owner must wash it everyday as I've never seen it dirty! Must ask if I ever bump into him/her.
The 320CE, yes, pricey! But of course he would want to recoup as much as he can on the money spent. Whether he'll get it is another question. IMO, restoring a youngtimer is for keeps. However, if you have to sell it expect market value and maybe +20% on what you spent.

This is spot on. I would be amazed if he can realise that price. Much rather have forum member pringles' e36 which is up for sale. I'd sell mine at that price!
