I have recently been told that the AMG GT V8 cars do not have inline petrol fuel filters. If correct this seems madness especially when I am led to believe the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump. If this is correct does anyone know what is involved in replacing or cleaning the in tank filter because it can't be great for the injectors?
