It did indeed, the HTP team were not happy about it but he did leave the door open for the undertake.
The HTP car actually had to be bump started out of the pit's not long before this incident, there had been quite a gap between them up to that point.

Brilliant race from start to finish, never a dull moment even when the red flag was out.
In my opinion, the htp team were lucky to be allowed to finish the race. The stunt that moron pulled backing across the track in front of the other cars after losing it at the restart could've caused an horrific accident and they should've sent them home.
