Pisser! Shame as I have already put a deposit down on another.

They need to sort that! No wonder they have not sold it yet.

I just spoke to the trader, he spoke to the DVLA and they can issue a written proof that the car is HPI clear and has never been in an accident.

If people are interested and get put off a simple call to the DVLA should clear everything!

the trader told me it should be all clear soon anyway.
